Fractica 6/30/06

I was so inspired by the San Francisco Tango Exchange that I've started asking Portland tangueros to guide the Fractica with a challenge:
Bring your talented, multifaceted, and most playful and authentic self to show the tango community a new side of tango.
Lara Triback teaches music to children with lots of fun movement games, so she brought that unique experience with her when she guided this week. She had us bouncing balls on the beat, dancing with scarves to the melody, and dissecting 15 seconds of Biagi. Very fun!
The Fractica is an open embrace practica that takes place at the Viscount Dance Studios (7th/E Burnside St.) every Friday night, 9:30p-12:30a.
If you recognize an unnamed friend or yourself in any of these pictures let me know!
