THE TANGO BARRE - Follower's Technique Series: |
|
| |
 |
Every ballet class begins with barre exercises designed to warm up the muscles and develop muscle memory for when the real dancing starts.
We use this concept in each level of The Tango Barre Series to create fluid and graceful tango muscle memory that, by the end of each series, will happen without a thought. We'll explorethe mechanics of walking, ochos, the giro, and boleos, and we'll finish each class with stylish and playful embellishments in the most unexpected places.
Bring a pair of socks, your heels, and come prepared to work! |
